2. Reserved Parking

Pre-paid parking vouchers can be purchased with your subscription. Orders will be filled on a date-received basis and are subject to availability. Vouchers are not available for the Thursday Matinee Family Series.

3. Flexible Exchange Policy

You can exchange your tickets FREE OF CHARGE for another performance of the same show. If you cannot attend at all, you can receive a tax credit.

5. Priority Upgrade

You can renew the same seats each year or even upgrade your seats. You will be seated before new Subscribers.
CLO Subscribers are also the first to be able to purchase tickets to the new shows at the CLO Cabaret.

6. Guaranteed Seats

No waiting in line or on hold! By subscribing, you will receive Ticket Insurance. If you misplace your tickets, CLO will provide replacements.

7. Subscriber Standby

If you cannot attend a performance, Subscriber Standby allows you to go to the Box Office 30 minutes before another performance of the same show and exchange your unused ticket for any available seat in the Balcony E-F.
